Andrew Pacicca, 20, of Norwalk, was charged with stalking and disorderly conduct in connection with a June incident on Beach Road, according to The Hour.

The Norwalk incident took place when Pacicca, driving a small red car, pulled alongside a juvenile female jogging and attempted to get her to get into his vehicle in exchange for money, police told news outlet.

The young woman reported the incident to police, saying she was frightened, The Hour said.

New Canaan police reported a similar incident in October in which Pacicca was charged with trying to entice a 17-year-old girl who was jogging to have sex with him.

In that incident Pacicca approached a 17-year-old runner in Waveny Park at about 5:40 p.m. on Oct. 31 and tapped her on the shoulder as she was running, police said.

"Pacicca was running alongside the female runner and after tapping her on the shoulder, grabbed her shoulder to stop her from running," police said. "Once the female runner had stopped running, Pacicca asked her, 'Will you have sex with me for $2,000? How much do I have to give to you? I'm really frustrated.'"

The 17-year-old girl immediately ran and reported the incident to New Canaan police, police said.

Bond was set at $50,000 and he is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 13.
